Feces animal feed samples were analyzed simultaneously order E. O157 L. Monocytogenes according ISO 16654: 2001 / Amd 1: 2017 11290-1. 38 E.coli isolated from a total one hunderd stool samples. 18 monocytogenes 6 50 silage Three isolates faeces taken same farm with sheep feces. could not be 100 All susceptible sulfamethoxazole trimethoprim, tetracycline, streptomycin, meropenem erythromycin. Survival of Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Listeria monocytogenes in Doogh, A Traditional Iranian Dairy Beverage
Background: Unlike industrially production, Iranian traditional doogh are not pasteurized after production. Hence, possible contamination with different pathogenic bacteria may occur during production or post-production of traditional doogh. The aim of the present study was to monitor the behavior of Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Listeria monocytogenes in traditional Iranian doogh at different t...

Shiga toxigenic Escherichia coli (STEC) O157 and several other serogroups of non-O157 STEC are causative agents of severe disease in humans world-wide. The present study was conducted to characterize STEC O157 and non-O157 serogroups O26, O103, O111, O121, O45, and O145 in ruminants in Malaysia. A total of 136 ruminant feces samples were collected from 6 different farms in Peninsular Malaysia. ...
